Congratulations on completing my "Positively You" online course. Here is a rough recorded guided meditation.

Meditation is a wonderful way to foster mindfulness and relaxation. 

There's no one size fits all approach. Feel free to experiment with different technique and create your own meditation like I did using my iPhone.
